Your Words Set the Standard

Five words. One way of living.

The Sisterhood Standards aren't a checklist. They're not rules to follow so you can call yourself a good person. They're a way of showing up — consistently, intentionally, even when it's inconvenient.

Every word you speak — about yourself, about others, about your journey — either raises the standard or lowers it. You get to choose.

Honor

Speak with respect — even when you're nervous, hurt, or under pressure. Honor means your words match your values, not your emotions.

Integrity

Do the right thing when no one is watching. Integrity is the standard you hold yourself to in private — and it always shows up in public.

Encouragement

Cheer loudly. Make sure no one feels invisible — online or in real life. One genuine word of encouragement can change someone's entire day.

Service

Use your voice and your platform to make a real impact in your community. Service turns your gifts into something bigger than yourself.

Authenticity

Bring your full self — without apology. You don't have to copy someone else to be worthy. Your story is the point.

The standard starts with you.

You don't need a platform to set a standard. You need a decision. Decide today that your words will honor, encourage, and build up — not tear down. Decide that you'll show up with integrity even when no one's watching.

That's the standard. That's the sisterhood.
