Marci grew up in Muscatine, iowa. She now lives in Marion, Iowa with her husband and 2 kids. Marci graduated from iowa state university in 2016 in Apparel, Merchandise, and design. She did work on a few fashion shows in college and in her internships. Marci worked in the industry for 4 years. 1 year with Wes and Willy in Omaha, Nebraska and 3 year with polo custom products in Monticello, Iowa as a designer before staying home with her 2 kids. She also owns her own small online business Tippy Toes Creations. Marci got into pageantry by putting her 2 year old daughter in a local pageant. Her daughter was a pandemic baby so she was trying to find ways for her to be involved. As a pageant mom she became attached to the friendships she had made through her daughters experience, so she decided to compete herself. Marci currently has the National title of Mrs. Sweetheart of America and Linn county, Iowa Mrs. United States Agriculture. She also has judged county fair pageants in Iowa. Marci is excited to be the director of her home state of Iowa. She can’t wait to work with the USAM team and bring more pageantry to her state. She looks forward to seeing her girls grow on this journey through mentorship and with setting her own personal goals.
